I had the total PC defender 2010 and could not boot windows regularly. It would show the "your computer is infected" screen.

I was able to go into safemode and used malwarebytes to scan. It found 30 + problems and I had it remove them. On rebooting, it shows the Dell screen and I can get into f2, but it will not boot into windows. The screen just goes blank and does not go any further. I have trying starting it up several times with the same results. No Windows splash screen, no windows starting up, just blank. What can I do???

I have a Dell Dimension 4800 computer running windows XP SP2. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
