No, it doesn't. But I have heard that the developers are looking at the possibilities of adding it in a future version.

Nope.

1.46 is mainly a bug fix. 1.45 had the new features. Probably not for couple more releases.

The next release version will be 1.47 which will not include incremental updates. We do hope to have it available for version 1.48 if all goes as planned.

Now I have another question about it if it's possible for me to ask... will the updates from then on be just incremental or can a user choose to download the entire database at once the way it's always been OR choose to download updates incrementally?
