after Fullcan show Malwarebytes:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusDisableNotify (Disabled.SecurityCenter) -> Bad: (1) Good: (0) -> No action taken

Why that ?

It is my configuration in Security Center ! I oversee my AV-Tool !

I think XP-H/SP3-Sevenmizer is XP Home but I do not know what Sevenmiser is.

I would choose Ignore as it seems that you have disabled the way your anti virus application is monitored in the Security Center.
