scheduler question

In the scheduler window, what is the difference between these perameters:

Frequency (choices daily, weekly, monthly etc.)

and

Repeating (choices 1-60 days)

THIS main topic gives the basics (which you most likely have read) -

Frequency choices = How often you want a scan (or update) - Scan is usually set for daily - Update is either Hourly or Daily

Repeating = How many times per number of days - Usually set for - 1 - to scan every day -

Basically I would set it as in the diagrams by GT500 , except for the fact that I would tick the boxes on the lower left side on both items -

Also in the Recover If Missed By box I would click - 1 - and also in the box below set at -1 -
