TR/Dropper.Gen and slow computer loadup

Hi, I recently had some malware problems a few months ago, and then they quieted down, which was great... and now they seem to have come back, but it`s something different this time.

First of all, I can`t open malware bytes at all, and this is usually my warning that there is something wrong because whenever malware attacks my computer, malware bytes always stops working..

Also, I generally use Google Chrome as my internet browser but within the past few days AntiVira has been detecting many TR/Dropper.Gens which I quarantine, and when I scan it finds like one or two and then deletes them.. but then more show up later and in the following days, it just keeps going. And when this started happening, Google Chrome began to stop working. I can open it just fine, but when I type a URL and press enter, it doesn`t go anywhere, and it`s like this for ANY website. However, Firefox works just fine.

I think that malware I`ve had in the past has not been fully removed and it`s also still plaguing my computer, just less, and I`d like to basically get rid of it completely, and fix my TR/Dropper.Gen problem along with the Chrome problem, and how slow my computer has been the past half year due to ALL these malware problems.
