Can't see results after Anti-Malware scan

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

Two days ago, my computer got infected with a virus/trojan called "Anti-malware Doctor." Using AVG, ccleaner, Spybot and revo, I thought I deleted all traces of it from my computer, but it seems that it has messed up some of my registry data as well as my internet browsers.

Whenever I turn on the laptop, it tells me that the security center is not turned on (I tried to enable it via services but the security center still tells me it's not enabled) and when I open any of my internet browsers (ie and firefox), avg tells me that my pc is infected with pragmaserf.dll and when I try to access various sites, I get re-routed to weird pages as well...

So here's my HJ log

thanks in advance for any help I can get :)

oh and I forgot to mention, I downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software and tried to run the program but it keeps on crashing after finishing the quick scan.

It tells me that I have about 11 infected files but when I click Ok to see the results the whole program just shuts down and I can't see any logs or results.
