Assistance with 74.52.151.178

Hello,

I work in the abuse department for Hostgator.com, and we were alerted to an issue related to one of our shared hosting servers. I was informed their site was blocked due the IP 74.52.151.178 being listed as malicious. I investigated this matter and found the account below distributing malware. We have taken action and disabled the account. I'm hoping that you can help me get the listing removed for this IP address or provide me with more details on how to do this so that it does not effect the other accounts hosted on this server.

I've confirmed all cases are now closed (several sites on this IP, all pointing to the same content), and will remove this IP from the database.

I'm getting reports that the program is still blocking our IP. This is a screen shot dated 5/10. Is there anything further we need to do to have this block lifted?

Please have them check they've got the latest database update (and if necessary, have restarted their PC) as this IP is no longer listed.

Thank you, I do not have a live installation to test from here at work.

I've tested it from here and access works perfectly (other than the Hostgator 404, presumably because I didn't specify an actual domain name).
