using malwarebytes to remove xp security 2010

Hello, I hope someone can help me with this. I am able to successfully? download and install malwarebytes to detect quite a few problems associated with xp security 2010. However, when malwarebytes has ended its scan, a box comes up that only allows me to hit an ok button. Once I hit ok, the scan box disappears and it does not allow me to quarantine and delete infected files. Does anyone know what could be causing this? thanks!
