Sirs,

The IP address 213.186.33.4 -- for the domain creaweb-multimedia.net -- is coming up as a false positive.

Can you please unblock this false positive?

In the meantime, we are advising customers to stop using Malwarebytes as it is reporting incorrectly.

Thank you for your time,

I can't unblock this IP until OVH get off their behind and either suspend, or force their customers to cleanup, the plethora of malicious content residing here.

Note, it is NOT your domain that is being targetted - it's the IP it resides on.

Hi,

"Their customers", it's me the customer, it's our IP Adress because we have a private server at OVH, and we host a lot of web site. Indeed, our company is based on the creation of web site.

1 month ago, we were a victim of an attack on our server, with a page of pishing which was deposited. OVH contacted us ad the problem was resolved 2 jours later. You can contact OVH who will confirm it to you.

We are looking forward to being unblock, because it harms largely to our company.

From this day, we shall order no more license malwarebytes for our customers, and we will uninstall on posts on they are already present. And it, until our problem of blocked IP is not adjusted.

Reverse lookup on the domains shows 213.186.33.4 for the first two, acpbl.mobi is hosted on .40 (my fault for missing the 0).

C:\Windows\system32>nslookup vjhigrade.com
Server: resolver1.opendns.com
Address: 208.67.222.222

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: vjhigrade.com
Address: 213.186.33.4

Thank for your reply,

So a question : it's 213.186.33 or 213.186.33.4 which is blocked ?

I need to resolve faster this problem, so i must change the adress ip ? Or you can create an exception for all my domain in 213.186.33.4 ? I think OVH can't change my adress IP, because the adress IP it's attributed according to the OVH pack such as :

domaine => 213.186.33.5
mailplan => 213.186.33.3
20GP => 213.186.33.24
60GP => 213.186.33.19
240GP => 213.186.33.40
90Plan/Pack => 213.186.33.2
240Plan/Pack => 213.186.33.4
720Plan/Pack => 213.186.33.16
Mediaplan => 213.186.33.17
XXPlan/Pack => 213.186.33.18

I can't create exceptions for domains as the facilities currently in place do not allow it.

We're not currently blocking 213.186.33.0/24, only 213.186.33.4 and 2 other IPs on this range. If you can cleanup the sites mentioned (or have OVH suspend them as my attempts to contact them have thus far failed), I can remove the IP.

/edit

Just to clarify, you said above that 213.186.33.4 was *your* private server, I take it this is not actually the case, given there are sites on there that you've said do not belong to you? (I'd like this clarified so I can make a decision as to the best way to proceed with getting the issues resolved).

I can't edit my post.

Saddened it's not the ip of my private server that there, I confused.

This address correspond to an old pack which isn'n any more for sale on OVH -> 240Plan/Pack. It's a mutualized hosting, on which I have some customer's Web site, with their name of domain partners.
