Trojan Agent, Downloader and Dropper won't go after scan

I have deleted malware bytes and used mbam cleaner...followed all instructions. Reloaded Malware but still comes back that I have three viruses and they won't go away. I have tried to locate them through the hidden files and they are no where to be found.

Please help me to find a solution to this problem.

Would like to give more info but right now Malware has stalled.

Name of trojans: msa.exe; c.exe; {35DC3473-A719-4d14-B7C1-FD326CA84A0C}.job
