There we go again! Something nasty is living in my PC...

Recommended Posts

Well, I had an infection, but with help I got rid of it. Then my Windows dissapeared (I think it was my hard drive), and again, with help I recovered them... Today my computer seemed VERY slow and the processor was working hard... Sure enough, Windows shut down with a message that went something like this:

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to the computer Technical information: *** STOP: 0x00000050 (0xF891E2A4, 0x00000008, 0x80541744, 0x00000000)

mbr.sys-Address F891E2A4 base at F891E2A4, DateStamp 00000000

The computer started itself back up and Windows are running. However, I have a feeling this is not over... :P HELP!

Thank you in advance!
