mrlb Posted April 11, 2010 ID:230536 Share Posted April 11, 2010 Hi There,I orginally posted here (http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=46424) then advised to follow steps from here (http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=9573) and post results in this forum.I ran Malwarebytes quick scan for the first time, results returned 42 registry infections. I rebooted my PC as advised (to remove some more files) however I now receive a bluescreen when windows starts loading (Safe mode or Normal.)Since I cannot boot into windows I am unable to perform steps for GMER Rootkit Scanner or DDS, though I was able to copy the Malware logs using the Windows 7 bootcd (See attached.)I can see that there are backups and quarantine files in the Malwarebytes user directory, I believe if these files can somehow be restored or I can manually rebuild my registry my problem will be fixed.
