stump ! 1st time in years

I went to clean a rogue from a home and came across this"Win7InternetSecurity2010"

Ive been trying to look up info but everything keep pushing towards the "Internet-Security2010"

iam not sure but i don't believe these 2 are one of the same r thay ? if so how can i fix it.

safe mode don't seem to work all usb are blocked. please help
