Scan after update

Recommended Posts

Greetings :D

To do this, open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and click on the Protection tab then click on the Scheduler button. Click on your scheduled update task once to highlight it and then click the Delete button. Now, create a new Update task and make sure that Run flash scan after successful update is NOT checked and click Add.

Please let me know if you require anything further.

Thanks :)

Hello again, my apologies for not replying sooner.

To schedule a scan to occur twice a day please do the following:

  • In the Scheduler window create your scheduled scan with the options that you desire and then select Hourly from the Frequency drop down menu
  • In the drop down menu next to Repeat every, select 12 hours
  • Once you've finished configuring it, click on Add

Once you are finished it should look similar to this:

It would be nice if it could do a invisable background scan after updates.
