Infected and cant run MBAM

Recently I have been infected by a vundo trojan, it keeps redirecting my browser and creating many pop-ups. I cannot run MBAM because it has removed it, and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but as soon as the program is installed it gets removed. I have also tried to dl a randomized name variant of mbam, and was able to successfully run it, but unfortunately it cannot update. However, it has detected the malware and it indicates that it has quarantined and removed it, but the problem still exists and every time I scan I still find it present on my computer. I have tried scanning with Avira, Iobit 360, A-Squared, Spyware Doctor, and VundoFix, but nothing seems to remove it. What can I do to remove this annoying trojan and get MBAM working again?
