I had downloaded the MBAM 1.12 trial version and entered the ID and Key after clicking "Register" under the Protection tab. But when I clicked "Start Protection", it would display the following popup. And if I clicked "Exit", then MBAM would revert back to unregistered (and I could see the "Register" and "Purchase" buttons reappearing). I had rebooted my PC and only disabled some of my other programs but I still got the same error. I had attached a zipped screenshot here.
