Cleaning an old computer and looking to get a HJT log checked

Hi,

This is my old backup computer and I am looking to get it cleaned out just to be sure. This computer has had a few infections (blaster worm, some trojans etc) in the past and I have cleaned them with Spybot and Malwarebytes. Just wanted to make sure that this as clean as it can get.

• Double click on MGADiag.exe to run it.

• The program will run. It takes a while to finish the diagnosis, please be patient.
  
• Once done, click on Copy.
  
• Open Notepad and paste the contents in. Save this file MGADiag.txt and post it in your next reply.
