Malwarebytes doesnt remove "security.hijack"

I keep scanning and keep getting the same result after reboot?

do you click on Remove selected items to quarantine it?

there may be another software on your computer that is protecting any changes to your registry as well.

I would go ahead and clean it for now, if you find you need it you can always restore it back.

I have gone and cleaned it, but it keeps coming back, the only other security software thats on my computer is McAfee antivirus, and it didnt detect anything.

It found these two originally:

security.hijack

hijack.ControlPanelStyle
