The malware itself is preventing me from removing it because of some other problems.

I have performed a full scan using Malwarebytes and ran my anti-virus program which didn't fix the problem.

I've tried several removal guides now, but I can't seem to get rid of the problem. One of the main problems I have is that I need to update Malwarebytes in order to safely remove the malware, but each time I attempt to update it I get the infamous "Error code: 732 (1029, 0)" message. This guide: "http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=39312" asked me to enter the internet options for my computer, and as I'm aware there is several ways to do this, but I also have several problems arrising from this because of the malware. When I try to enter it from the control panel, it gives me an error relating to the malware and immediately closes the option menu, if I run my OS in safe mode and attempt to do the same thing, the internet options icon isn't present in my control panel and the last way I could enter the internet options is through Internet Explorer itself, but each time I click the tab, it minimizes it to the taskbar where it shows all of my programs running and each time I hover my cursor over the icon it dissapears.

I've also attempted to follow this guide:

http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=9573

But since the malware is preventing me from opening my .exe files, I can't follow the guide.

Hope someone can help, thanks.
