Twitter actually has a device called TwitterPeek that I read about yesterday and you can buy it for $199 with a lifetime of service in that price so you can have Twitter with you wherever you go, haha

The Golden-i head-mounted computer by Kopin features a virtual 15-inch laptop screen that can be controlled by voice commands. The head-mounted device has a six-axis head tracker, 800 MHz computer processor, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi connectivity and a micro SD memory port. The company is currently selling developer kits for the Golden-i. Motorola is expected to manufacture the product within the next year.
