Vista, uninstalled malwarebytes

Next time, all you have to do is this in the Run menu.

regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamext.dll"

... or, alternatively, if the mbamext.dll file's no longer there:

Copy the text inside the 'code' box to Notepad.

In the Notepad Menu bar click File > Save as.

In the Save As dialogue, be sure to change "Save As file type" from "text documents" to "all files".

Now save as (File name) RemoveExt.reg , for example on your Desktop.

Doubleclick RemoveExt.reg, and answer yes when prompted to add its contents to the Registry. That will do the trick.
