Run time error 372

Recommended Posts

Hi. So "Antivirus Soft" was kind enough to intruduce itself to me about 2 hours ago, and turned my computer into a nightmare in seconds. I was following a guide to remove it but i keep running into dead ends. It seems to have screwed my computer up worse then many others.

I am running in safe mode trying to install Malewarebytes. I get "Run-Time error 372" and that it "failed to load control 'vbalgrid' from vbalsgrid6ocx. Your version of vbalgrid.ocx may be outdated". I also have no bottom bar for my computer, so no start menu, time, etc. I also cannot copy/paste in my browser.

Windows XP Pro

Service Pack 2

If someone could help me i would GREATLY appreciate it.

I'll try get anymore info you might need.

Thanks

Your bottom bar should be there , just "lift it up" with your mouse - It has just been Pushed down -
