Very infrequently, I will do a full scan with Kaspersky Antivirus 2010 9.0.0.736 and MBAM. All database signatures are as updated as they can possibly be. I would have Kaspersky enabled all the time if I was not trying to hunt for samples for MBAM. However, this setup is backfiring on me as I type this.
