PcDefender2010, for the 4th time??

Hello, I am new here, of course thats always how it works, huh? Didn't know there was a forum till I was in trouble and needed help!

The desktop in need of help is my mothers. Around December 09 she noticed the popups for InternetSecurity2010, I installed malware bytes (free) and r-kill. It seemed to remove it. Then a month or so ago, up it comes again. She takes it to a computer fixer guy up the street. He charges $100, says its gone. Bring it home, use it for a day, up it comes again. Bring computer back, he is perturbed, says it was gone looks at her system and says she used it so much in a day that she must have reinfected herself. He grudgingly fixes desktop again, "for free, this time. But NOT AGAIN". FF to today, its back again.

I believe that computer guy left malwarebytes on the desktop, but unfortunately I cannot access anything. Malware will not let me touch a thing.

What should I do? Besides taking it outside and doing "The Office" on it?
