I'm much more of a fall person. Not to cold, not to warm. But when it rains I get excited. I love the rain, nice and soothing. Also means a pain for me as my dog doesn't like to go out. The operating system uses the laws for your country as set by the system timezone. Microsoft released an update to Windows a few years back when Canada and the USA changed the dates when DST starts and stops. I do not like rain as it makes the arthritis in my back act up.
