HiJackThis Log attached...need help

Recommended Posts

Here is the HiJackThis log. I can't get the Malewarebytes to do a scan. It will open and then immediately close. I have gone through a few quick fixes including renaming .exe, etc. However, I am still unable to get this done. Hopefully someone can help with my problem.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.

Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    1. DDS.txt
    2. Attach.txt

[*]Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.

Download GMER here by clicking download exe -button and then saving it your desktop:

  • Double-click .exe that you downloaded
  • Click rootkit-tab and then scan.
  • Don't check
    Show All
    box while scanning in progress!
  • When scanning is ready, click Copy.
  • This copies log to clipboard
  • Post log (if the log is long, archive it into a zip file and attach instead of posting) in your reply.

Here is the first set that you requested. As soon as I started the GMER process the computer told me it was shutting down in 1:00 because of the NT AUTHORITY process being terminated or something. I am going to try to run again but wanted to get this posted first. Thanks again in advance.

Alright after I posted the last message I tried to run GMER again and got the same message. It said something about the Remote Procedure (RPC) ?? service shut down unexpectedly. Maybe that helps.

I have been fighting this thing for 4 days now. I just want it to be over with.

Thank you again.
