Dr Guard Malware Infection - Please HELP!!

It looks like I got the Dr Guard Malware on my desktop computer. It is now running in my taskbar and giving me constant messages about being infected. I tried to install Norton Security Suite and it would not complete the installation.

It also has stopped all Internet connections. And will not allow me to uninstall it via Windows Uninstall.

I then download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to my lap top (and placed on my desktop via USB drive). When I go to install and double-click mbam-setup.exe, nothing happens...it will not run the setup program.

I then downloaded, installed and attempted to run Combofix. However, I get the same thing...nothing happens.

Is there anything else I can do? Please help.
