XP Ansitspyware 2010 - Malwarebytes cant clean it

Help ! My PC is infected with XP Antispyware 2010. I have followed the instructions on this forum to allow me to run malwarebytes. I have completed a scan and MWB says there are no objects infected. But If I edit the registry I can see the antispyware entries, and its still running on my PC. I tried removing some of the entries manualy but they just re-appear again

Is there anything else I can try ?

well after posting this I re-booted, ran MWB scan again, this time it found it and cleaned it off. No idea what I did wrong with the first scan when it came up clean.
