Hi,

Next version of malwarebytes, which will be released soon will also be able to reset the permissions on those keys.

There's a tool that does this already as well: http://users.telenet.be/marcvn/tools/WUS_Fix.exe

This should restore the default registry settings+permissions related with BITS and Automatic updates.
