i have 2 trojan downloaders how do i get rid of them?

avg has picked up 2 of these, and put them in the valt.....my computer is still running slow. could someone please tell me how to get a log for someone to look at, im not very clued up on win vista and not sure if its the same as xp. my computer has started doing the funky chicken since i opened the browsers to write this, ive signed up to 4-5 other sites for help and never get a reply. thanks in advance.

also the windows internet explorer has come up with a box saying : are you sure you want to navagate away from this page?,

your system is at risk of crash. press cancle to prevent it. press ok to continue, or cancle to stay on current page.

i dont know if its legit or weather its the downloader. just before that it went through its own windows scan thing and said everything was infected and to download this remover thing but i didnt fall for tht eather. not that i know weather i was ment to download it or not. i thought best not till i find out whats going on.
