Infected cannot reach maleware site

Hi I have tried all of the hacks, in the forum, I have scanned the computer 6 times, I have used Anti vir twice. I have internet connectivity, But I still cannot get to your site and I still have an infected computer. I am also not able to update. Is there any way to download the updates to a flash and install them that way?
