Code Error 721 (0,28)

Someone please help!!!!!!

Everytime I use the full scan function on my windows 7 laptop it just stops after about an hour and ten minutes. For no reason, I thought at first it was my AVG 9.0 so I shut off my internet and shut off my firewall and tried it again. After an hour later I got a message that said that Malwarebytes had incountered a problem and was closing the program. I've got the 721 (0,28) error code twice and after that it just keeps saying its closing the program. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing will work. I can still use the quick scan with no problem but I do like to use the full scan every now and then just to make sure I am as protected as I can be. I even tried to uninstall it and doing a clean installation, but it still freeze's on that one file.

If someone could please help that would be great, because right now I am way confused :):)

Welcome Dalton -

Error 721: An unknown error occurred during filesystem enumeration. (from our FAQ)

Please try this first on the computer that is having an issue it will ensure you have a fresh new copy of the program -

You will lose the history of your previous scans only , so copy and paste one or two if you want to keep recent history , into notepad -

1. Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.

2. Restart your computer (very important).

3. Download and run this utility. mbam-clean.exe

4. It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to).

5. After the computer restarts, install the latest version from here. mbam-setup.exe

Thank You - :)

Then this topic <- will give details on excluding items from AVG , to help them run better together -

Alright I tried all of that and ran the scan, it said that Malwarebytes had encountered an error and is would notice me when a solution had become available. I did everything you told me to do and even fallowed the other instructions to the letter and I still got the error.
