Cleaned the virus - no windows shell

I had to remove the drive and run malwarebytes from another PC. It cleaned the infected files but the system boots to a blue screen - iI had to go in via another user too. If I went in via the user who had the virus I cannot access task manager - i had to access using another user and now I can CTRL-ALT-DEL and get the task manager but there is not icons or desktop.

Any help would be appreciated

• Open HijackThis, click Config, click Misc Tools
  
• Click Open Uninstall Manager
  
• Click Save List (generates uninstall_list.txt)
  
• Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.
