Cannot install?

I just downloaded this software & I simply cannot install it on my computer. Been double clicking it multiple times, deleting & re-downloading the exe file. Tried installing it in normal mode & safe mode but no go

I know my com is infected with the stupid XP internet Security 2010 thingy but I can't get this program to install to remove that!

I just joined, today, because of a problem, but I had trouble installing, too. I however have Windows 7. My problem was that I had to run as administrator, to install. I do not know if there is something similiar in XP. If you have an administrator account, install from there.

We have found if you follow These directions you should be able to install and remove I/S 2010 - It is a bit tricky so please read the directions carefully -
