Portable MBAM or Rescue CD ?

Hi!

I must "heal" a PC with severe infections and I plan to do it by booting Windows from a clean CD (USB stick actually).

Is there a portable version of MBAM that I can run that way? I tried to just run mbam_setup.exe in a BartPE environment, but after it installs it fails to run.

Or is there a ready made Rescue CD with MBAM on it?

Additional requirement is that the package is already up to date regarding definitions, since th target PC has a GSM/HSPA USB modem, which probably will not work from the rescue environment.

You can cut a CD if you follow the directions at item #4 from the shortcut I have left below - It will not be exactly up to date , but it will be very close -

Hmm, that is for transferring the database, not the program itself, right?

yes it is for updating your database to the current version if the computer you are working on does not have an internect connection.

I'm sorry but that is not going to happen anytime soon. You must install the program currently in order for it to work.
