trojan.bho.h removal help

Recommended Posts

I have been infected with trojan.bho.h and MBAM detects it and says it removes it, but the trojan is still there after a reboot. I have followed the directions found in the sticky and will post results below and attach required files. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. Let me know if I have missed anything and I will reconcile as soon as possible.

-Steve

Hello.. Lets do this first...

Please download CleanUp! by stevengould.org and save it to your Desktop.

  • Double-click CleanUp452.exe and install CleanUp! to your computer
  • Open CleanUp! and click on Options.. button.
  • Under General tab, choose Standard CleanUp! and then click Ok
  • Click on the CleanUp! button. When it asked you to logoff Windows, click on Yes
  • Let your Windows rebooted (or do it manually) and then scan again with Malwarebytes'.. Is it still there? :P

Thank you for your reply. I ran cleanup as instructed and ran another scan. Unfortunately, the virus is still there. Here is the log file from MBAM after the scan.
