Undetectable Trogan

Recommended Posts

Multi issues.....

Getting a error 732(12007,0) won't update on a machine in my office, so I copied a new "def" file from a clean machine to the infected machine, I'll call "Katie".

Ran a new scan... nothing picked up. Dropped rkill to the desk top and ran while re scanning. rkill hit multiple times... still nothing on the scan.

"Katie" will not update even after the new def file was loaded and 3 scans ran.

Neither IE nor Firefox can access any site remotely connected to anti virus but will access any other web site.

"Katie" will not boot in any form of safe mode, but will boot in normal mode.

CA anti virus is loaded and up to date. scan find no virus.

Thoughts?
