Simple settings issue

Remeber that rougeware aftershock I complained about earlier?

I've decided to restore to a point before the virus hit, which should fix the setting it ruined.

Problem is, when I try to open system restore, it asks me what program to open the file (rstrui.exe) with. Which one should I choose?

I'm thinking Interactive Runtime Engine, but I'm afraid I might ruin my computer further if I choose the wrong one.

The problem is, though, that it's not a simple settings issue. The malware problem has not been completely fixed yet. The malware you had hijacked the exe file asociation and the registry entries have not yet been corrected. I could tell you how to fix it, but we are not allowed to give malware fixing/removal advice in the general forums.
