Cant install Malware bytes

I have the anitvirus xp 2010 virus. I cant seem to run malware bytes even after renaming it. below is my hi jack this log. ANY HELP would be appreciated. Thank you!!

I just read your blog about performance and it looks like norton is one of the biggest culprits at least for performance on start up

Norton360 is a good scanner, but this is different from computer to computer how much is slows down things. On some computers it runs fine, on other computers it's causing a real slow down.
