At first I tried running my Norton Antivirus to get rid of it, and then after that didnt work i went online to see if there was any way of getting rid of it. I tried downloading malwarebytes but for some reason i could not. I dowloaded it off a friend computer and then transferred it over onto my computer. Yet still i am not able to run the application. I've read other posts to see if there is a general way to get rid of this malware, but i am not sure if all the advice given will apply correctly with my problem.I posted earlier hoping to get help, but now my computer is slowing down, i'm finding random files and folders that i've never seen before everywhere. All i can do now is stop the pop-ups by ending the process av.exe *32. I have Trend Micro's HiJackThis, I have OTL also. Those seem to be used to find information on the virus. I just tried to system restore my computer just now, and still there are complications where it will not let me. Please, can anyone help me? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
