Does this only occur on certain sites? And does it also occur if you load the site in IE?

The IP belongs to *.publicapi.semrush.com, and is blocked not due to the site itself, but due to the range it resides on.

It happens only in Firefox seems like on every site while it is loading. IE is OK

Step by Step

1. Install Fiddler;

http://www.fiddler2.com/dl/Fiddler2BetaSetup.exe

2. Load Fiddler (either via the desktop/quick launch icon, or Start > All Programs > Fiddler2)

3. Once Fiddler is loaded, load Firefox and browse the sites this issue occurs on

4. Once you notice the IP block notification popup, switch to the Fiddler window and click File > Save > All Sessions

5. Close Fiddler and re-start your browser

Fiddler by default, saves the exports as .saz files. Please zip this file and e-mail it to me at;
