Problems with Vista Antivirus Pro 2010

Hello, I've recently been infected with Vista Antivirus Pro 2010, and I've also gone through many steps read on this website and others but to no conclusions.

First, I tried to download MalwareBytes. I got the file mbam-setup.exe, but when I tried to download it, nothing would happen. I then went on to my friend's computer and downloaded the application successfully and transferred it over via external hard drive. Unfortunately, it still does not run.

Now I have downloaded HiJackThis I've gotten my log.

• Download OTL to your desktop.
  
• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  
• When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output.
  
• Copy-paste following contents into custom scan -area:
