IXP000.TMP \aim.exe

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I found a post from AdvancedSetup refering to the malware IXP000.TMP \aim.exe but no solution

I have search all forum/google and could not find much information about this Trojan.Agent (IXP000.TMP\aim.exe ) detected by Malwarebytes.

Usually scaning under windows safe mode will allow to remove the spyware almost 98% of the times. I have a couple windows 2003 servers infected with this trojan.agent, the latest malwarebytes database is installed and I could not remove the infected files even scanning the computer on safe mode.

malware bytes detect the file aim.exe under C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\IXP000.TMP \ for each user on the computer.

After the server is restart the malware comes back again even after removing on the safe mode.

please let me know which tools and logs i ahve to provide so you guys can help me to remove this malware.

Thank you,

Bruno

As this is a Business system you need to contact Technical Support and provide your order number and we'll be able to assist you.

The use of MBAM on any other system beyond a home computer requires a license.

Thank you.
