Not sure if it is F/P or a real malware

I did a complete scan in ages. It came up with 2 infections in registry and 1 in folders. I read in the F/P that some of my "infections" could be F/P and i wanted to be sure.

If I am affected, is there an extra steps i should take instead of just sending it to the quaratine?
