WinSxS... please help me understand how Explorer.exe got there Oo

Please bare with me trough this since for the first time Google haven't helped me AT ALL and I am actually not quite sure I am posting on the right section or not...

First of all a quick recap: My computer was running fine until one day (no installations or nothing like that on the day before) I started it up just to realize my Explorer.exe process was running from the winsxs folder (more specifically C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-explorer_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16450_none_adc508f19359a007\explorer.exe) /// I have COMODO to thank for that
