Lost Some Functionality

After installing Malwarebytes and having it delete some possible malware, I then found that I lost several functions, namely: While I still was able to get incoming email I was no longer able to send email. I have been able to fix this problem. However I also have lost the ability to use System Restore function or any other system tools in accessories-they-they are no longer there. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

looks like you may still have some malware lurking in your system. Did you UPDATE and RUN a quick scan using Malwarebytes? If so and you have removed the infections but are still having problems, then follow the below instructions to get an expert to help you out.
