Error 708

Please try this on the computer that is having this issue.

  • Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
  • Restart your computer (very important).
  • Download and run this utility. mbam-clean.exe
  • It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to, this is important).
  • After the computer restarts, install the latest version from here: mbam-setup.exe

I did what you tell me.

# Download and run this utility. mbam-clean.exe

But another box appeared :"SHGetvalue failed with error code 0"

(sorry i don't speak very good english)

Hello again ;)

When you reinstalled Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware did you select the same language as your operating system? If not, please uninstall and run mbam-clean again per Falkra's instructions here and reinstall Malwarebytes' making sure to select the same language as your operating system.
