Weird Chrome problem

Okay well I'm not going to switch browsers so please don't post here recommending Firefox or Opera or IE or anything else. But occasionally (it seems mostly on facebook) if I click it will actually click maybe an inch below where I clicked and the page jumps. Usually a refresh and the problem is solved but sometimes its annoying and doesn't stop unless I refresh many times or close the tab and use another tab or just close the browser altogether.

Any ideas, a search on the internet has got me know where. I might just reinstall chrome if it keeps happening... it solved a Gmail conflict once..
