BKK Posted February 21, 2010 ID:203445 Share Posted February 21, 2010 I have been using the free version for awhile and just bought the full version today after getting AGAIN...the fake Security 2010 virus or whatever it's called. I am trying to set up the "start protection" now and it keeps giving me this error message...[OpenEvent] Failed to perform desired action. Error Code: 2I tried uninstalling and reinstalling...running scans, etc. I looked up all the error messages and there isn't one called 2.Any help would be great.Thanks!
