MB Freezes after exactly 2 seconds...Help please =(

Hey guys I got nailed with something... I have no idea what happened. I know not too long ago I was infected with the Paladin virus, I thought I cleaned all of that stuff up. But now.. MB will scan for only 2 seconds then freeze. If i try to update MB as well, it will freeze just in the same way. Also the other funny thing is, that if i try to save a file from an internet page, the exact moment i click "save" to when I put it to my desktop, the internet will freeze as well, and I will have to restart. I am able to get HIjack's .exe file downloaded, but it will not install on my computer, it will just say "preparing to install..." then nothing will happen. I have been able to clean much malware by myself, but this one is kicking me all over the place, I hope one of you awesome guys here at the forum will be able to help me out, you guys truly are saviors devoting all this time to people in need. Sorry that your post was overlooked. Please advise if you have resolved your malware issues.

If not, and you want guided help here, tell me your specific version/edition of Windows,

your antivirus program, and if you have done a complete scan with your AV.

See this sticky note in the Malware Removal sub-forum.

Please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete.

Do as much as possible of the preliminaries (like getting and running DDS and GMER scans)

then follow the intructions, posting copies of contents of logs from DDS & Gmer.

Skip the MBAM section. Do as much as possible of the rest.

Put your replies here in this thread. Do NOT use the attach option feature.

Always Copy & Paste contents of logs into the main body of reply-text-box.

If you cannot download using this system, use another system, do the downloads, and burn to CD/DVD or a clean (new) USB drive, and transport & place tools on Desktop of infected system.
